This is how your shoutout clip will appear in your stream
You'll be playing clips on stream in under two minutes
Type your Twitch username and choose how many recent clips to pull from, the max clip length, and a visual template.
Click "Generate OBS URL" and the link is copied to your clipboard with all of your settings included.
In OBS or Streamlabs, add a new Browser source, paste the URL, and set the size to 1920×1080.
Type the shoutout command (e.g. !so username) in your chat and a random clip from their channel plays on stream.

Yes. It works with any streaming software that supports browser sources, including OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, and Twitch Studio.
When you shout someone out, the player fetches that channel’s most recent clips (up to the count you set), filters them by your max clip length, and plays one at random.
No. There is no login and no OAuth prompt. You only enter your channel name — the player reads public clips and public chat messages.
By default, only your moderators and you can use the command. Turn off "Moderators Only" if you want anyone in chat to trigger shoutouts.
The channel you shouted out may have no clips, or none shorter than your max clip length. Also check that the browser source is on your active scene and visible in OBS.
